01What we ship

Cargo of any size, by sea or by air.

We work with a worldwide network of ship owners, brokers, port agents, stevedores, surveyors and terminals, so each cargo gets the ship or plane that fits it.

    Project and heavy-lift

    Machinery, boilers, generators, pipe and other oversized pieces. Lifting, stowage and lashing are planned before the ship arrives.

    Dry bulk

    Grain, iron ore, coal, steel scrap and other bulk cargo, on bulk carriers from small bulkers to capesize.

    Containers

    20 ft, 40 ft, 40 ft high cube and 45 ft boxes, ISO tanks and LNG containers, on container ships or by tug and barge.

Our management has run whole shipping lines, with their own ships, schedules, ports and customers.

Trans-Pacific container line

For 8 years our management designed, built and ran a fixed-day container service between Hong Kong, Shanghai and Los Angeles, with the ships on multi-year charters. Its customers included Walmart, Target, Home Depot and GE.

North Europe to the Red Sea and the Gulf

In Athens, Bill ran the fleet of Saudi Europe Lines as it grew from 3 to more than 30 break-bulk ships, carrying building materials, steel, equipment and heavy lifts to Jeddah, Aqaba, Port Sudan, Dammam, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

06About

Run by Bill Dale.

Bill started in shipping in Bremen and Hamburg, learning the technical and commercial sides of ships. He moved to Athens to run the fleet of Saudi Europe Lines, then built and ran a Trans-Pacific container line for major US retailers.

He has owned and run his own companies for more than 35 years. Falcon Group LLC was founded in Florida in 2006 and works from Miami Beach.

The cost of a project matters as much as the operations and the contract, so we plan all three together from the start.
